I’ll start the new year with some work of December. Oppenheimer says that this Democratic senator will possibly set the beat in the future USA-LatAm relationship. He respect democratic desitions even though he isn’t pleased with Chávez. Is reticent regarding free commerce treaties and “too soft” with Cuba. Will see.
Comienzo el nuevo año con algunos trabajos de diciembre. Oppenheimer dice que este senador Demócrata posiblemente marcará el ritmo de las relaciones estadounidenses con Latinoamérica. Respeta las decisiones democráticas aún cuando no le guste Chávez. es reticente hacia los tratados de Libre Comercio y “demasiado blando” con Cuba. Veremos.
