Nicolas Casullo
Casullo is a very interesting essayist on contemporary social issues (although a bit too baroque to my test). In this interview he remembers his trip to Paris at the May-68 uprising time. In his view the cultural element was predominant over the social, ideological and political ones. The French (and European) life was strained between the fast technological change and the old, rigid social environment. The uprising also marks the emergence of the young sector as a particular social actor.
Casullo es un ensayista de temas contemporáneos muy interesante (aunque un poco barroco para mi gusto). En esta entrevista recuerda su viaje a París justo para el levantamiento de Mayo del ‘68. En su visión, el elemento cultural predominó sobre el social y el político. La vida francesa (y europea) estaba tensionada entre el cambio tecnológico acelerado y el viejo y rígido ambiente social. El levantamiento también marca la emergencia de la juventud como actor social particular.
